THERAPEUTIC COUNSELLOR

Trauma
When we go through ‘too much, too fast,’ our mind and body step in to protect us. But if that response isn’t gently processed, we may be left feeling numb, on edge, disconnected from ourselves and others, or unsettled in ways we don’t fully understand.

Low mood
Low moods can quietly settle in, making everything feel heavier or harder to reach. You might notice a sense of flatness, disconnection, or lack of motivation that’s difficult to shake. Together, we’ll explore these feelings with care, working to gently reconnect you with meaning, energy, and self-compassion.

Chronic Stress
When stress is constant, it can take a deep toll on your mind, body, and spirit. If you’ve survived trauma, the weight of the past can feel exhausting and unrelenting. Together, we’ll explore tools and practices to gently ease that weight and support your resilience.

Anxiety
Anxiety can feel like constant worry or a sense of dread. In our work together, we’ll slowly create space for calm, grounding your nervous system and helping you find moments of ease.
Hi, I'm Mica.
I’m a trauma-focused therapeutic counsellor based in Tunbridge Wells, here to support you on your journey toward change.
I work with people who are feeling the lasting impact of childhood, trauma and complex trauma, helping them reconnect with themselves, reclaim their inner stability, and move toward a life that feels more whole.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the mind-body connection. I use integrative counselling methods rooted in trauma-informed and relational frameworks to help you feel safer, more present, and more at home in yourself.
